Each combination is different, but it will make a noticeable difference. There's two ways to increase fueling within a given combination: fuel pressure and injector pulse width. If a tune has had its pulse width set for a lower pressure at a given load or RPM, then increasing that pressure without adjusting the tune for it will result in a richer fuel mixture.
