I had a leftover pcv hose. It was the part on the intake that i didn't have.

I don't think my throttle body is opening all the way. I'm showing 100% on the scan but with the key off I can open it more than it opens with the key on and pedal down.

just go to a GM dealer and get part # 12597774 it's like $9.

I did have to cut mine and put a "T" fitting in it for the fpr though...

Huh. So the tube comes with the piece that plugs in to the intake. I'll pick one up. Thanks for the part number.

yeah, it's all like sonic welded together to be one piece that you cannot disassemble. Same shape/bends as in the photo (all I did was cut a small section out for the "T" fitting, then use the hose to splice it in), and ends right where your PCV nipple is at the back of the passenger side head.
It slides down into the top of the intake, then rotates like ~90deg. or so and locks in place.
The fitting on top goes pretty deep into the intake too, like 1-1.5" or so if I remember right, not sure why so deep, but it is what it is...
