Radio Shack is where I got mine. I have heard of some people using brake parts cleaner, but I don't know if thats good for the sensors. Just find some electrical parts cleaner and you should be fine.

Thanks again for your help - I found contact cleaner at Pep Boys. I cleaned up the MAF, cleaned and re-oiled my K&N filter. According to the seat of my pants, it seems better. I noticed I had some dust in the intake tube - it seems that my FIPK was leaking where the MAF and the metal filter shroud come together. I tightened it down, but I'll probably have to keep an eye on that.
