if i rember right the fmu lines will fit only one way theres a small line and a big line. when i adjust the fmu i can see it in the guage so it must be doing something

I think the best advice your gonna get is to dump that FMU and get injectors and a tune, best thing I ever did since adding the charger. You will also have to upgrade to a 255L high pressure/volume fuel pump, I used a Walbro GSL392. The ProCharger pump is good for high pressure but can't push the volume needed for 43LB injectors at high RPM's. Very worth while mod. Here is a copy of my Dyno run with the FMU and stock injectors you can see the AF is all over the place. I have not re-dynoed yet, but the 300 deg drop in WOT exhaust temp tells me that it is way better. Used to see 1500+ deg at WOT, never gets above 1200 now.

try a thicker gauge wire...the samml green one was the one that DIDNT work for me..and stop flooring your truck its running dangerously lean...until you figure it out...invest in the injectors and tuning its well worht the money..but for now splice a thick gauge wire that runs off ignition...i ended up splicing a htick pink wire....
