Default Nelson tune on the way. Have a few ?

I just ordered a Nelson tune for my 2004 gmc. I have 7k miles and need to keep my factory warranty. If I ever need to take it in will the dealer find the tune?
I just finished installing the 4.10 gears and lastnight I installed the headers and asp crank pulley. The K&N FIPK and borla muffler were installed already. Without a posi or stock locker I get little or no wheelspin. I CANT WAIT FOR THE TUNE CAUSE MY TOP SPEED LIMITER IS MAXED OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They won't be able to tell at the dealership... They only check for codes. Are those stock tires you have on. That is weird you can't spin them with 4.10 gears.

I would probably be more worried about the warranty with the headers than with his tune.

on warranty they will try to tell you anything will cause you not to have a warranty. the only way you will not have a warranty is if that perfpart caused the failure.i can see with 100%tqm in that you cannot spin the tires.it takes torque to turn torque. when you get the tune you should be able to a little. i have 3.90's and i can roast them if i wish. but if i launch they only spin about a foot or so and then im on my way.good luck man. how much tqm removed on the tune. oh yay give the tune about 500 miles to all come around.

Yes I have the stock tire's (wish are 255/70/16) and I can stall all the way to 1900 rpm's and them just switch my feet, with only a little tweek coming out my tires. That does scare me a little, cause on the 99 I used to have I had 3.42 as well and I couldn't even stall at 1200 rpm's cause it would brake the tires loose. Well on this one if I really wanted to make a smoke show I could but I would have to go over 2000 rpm's.

I removed 80 % TQM. wish is what I hear they recomend.

Well it shure is a big reliefe to know that the tune won't cause me a problem at the dealer though. Thank's guy's. . . .

Oh, and I also have another ?
I'm hearing a humming noise on my gears know but it is not to loud and it is only when I let out of the gas. Anyone know what can be causing this ?

They are humming just a tad more than a little, but shouldn't be nothing to worry too much about should it?

I think TQM is really hurting this one though. I have been in it many times and it almost feels as if it has a power adder. The launch isn't too bad but as rpms pick up it winds up quicker. Like if it's tied down on the take off.
