Default nelson harness question

I am useing a nelson harness on my 05 cooling fans. It seems my harness is backwaards due to the fact I can't mount my relays on the pcm cover like I have seen so many others do. Did my harness get made wrong or should I do my mods sober?

Pics? I've seen the relays mounted under the fuse box, never the PCM cover, so I'm just not visualizing what the problem is...

Mine are mounted on the cover...wudn't have been my 1st choice...think my builder was a little overconfident in his tune! More likely lazy tho
