If you send in your pcm the crank relearn is not necessary, and usually isnt with a new pcm. It would probably be $50 at a dealer. You can do the security relearn sitting in your driveway. Its a stupid process like turn the key to run and sit for 5 minutes, turn if off for 30 second while holding the brake, key it back on but dont start it, pour a circle of salt around the truck and cluck like a chicken for 4 minutes, turn it off for 2 minutes, and then it should be good.

I beat the crap out of my 10 bolt for a while, but then I started adding more and more power and began getting worried. I swapped a built 14 bolt in just because I don't want to deal with a broken rearend.

The 220 cam would work ok in your setup, but I would advise go with a higher stall. I had a Yank TT3000 in my truck and it was nice and tight under normal driving. I actually have a short accel vid on youtube you could check out.

For 37" tires go with 4.88 or 5.13 gears. 4.56's are good for 33/35's, but for 37's I wish my truck had 4.88/5.13's.
