is cam springs and pushrods the only thing you are replacing, id suggest a LS2 timing chain, while your in there.

other than that just the gaskets and such AFAIK

im doing cam swap in mine and im putting ls6 ported oil pump and comp 918 springs and i got all the necessary gaskets...do you have the tool to take the springs off and do you have the air hose fittings to pressurize the cylinders.

what gaskets do you need, just for the timing cover? I am borrowing the tool for the springs and the fittings for the cylinders

you will need timing and water pump gaskets...you will need a new crank bolt as well...three prong puller to pull the balancer and you can rent a balancer tool install tool from Autozone...might as well replace the valve seats and valve cover gaskets as well too...

the timing chain and pump are just a time saver right? just change them so they don't go out later kinda deal?
