I don't blame you. Amazon has done similar thing to me as well as a co worker.
And the Prime Service wasn't worth the cost either... Especially when the warehouse waits an additional 24 hours to process an order.

The whole amazon thing i shoulda know better found shocks for my truck, one of their warehouse deals(open box whatever) ordered two were same part number both wrong, turns out there were for an f350 with 6" lift but the boxes came in with blank printer labels over the part numbers from different warehouses, received one a day after my shock boots, the other was almost a week later... After some sort of warehouse delay....so my ignant self orders a third one in hopes it was just the one along worh my vette servo, got the servo a day later the third shock showed up from yet a different warehouse in same condition as the first one, two days after the second one finally showed up...guess i learned my lesson on amazon warehouse deals!!! Sad part is theyre usually on the ball, if theyd called/emailed and said hey we screwed up we dont have that prt number i wouldnt have been as pissed about the whole situation, if at all...... My thing is dont advertise em if you dont actually have them!!!! Really sad all three shocks came in the exact same condition and the exact same WRONG part number!!!

I payed extra for 1 day shipping and it didn't arrive. There is no one to contact or submit a claim. I said F'it and just canceled the prime.
I went to work and waited for UPS and on the day it was supposed to arrive We were on some sort of holiday do not deliver list so the item was placed in a trailer for delivers to go out on Monday. Even if I wanted to get it from there shipping center I could not. I called UPS and went round and round with them.
I should have canceled the order and let them eat it for not shipping it on time and not delivering it on time, but it was a special buy that I couldn't get any where else.

Theres few things i will probably use them for... New remote for my tv and a couple small things that they just have best price on.... But not for majority of stuff i buy..

Havent found the remote for my tv local or on evay for what amazon has it for..... Otherwise i wouldve had it already.... And theres a supplier on amazon selling vette servos for $15 shipped closest i could find on any other site was 12.95 but they wanted 7.95 s+h

I usually get trans parts from a local supplier but a few times I was able to buy parts cheaper on eBay. Even if I had to pay shipping. Not sure about where you are, but since I am in CA and they operate in CA with Warehouse here, I have to pay local sales tax which I always have to factor in to the price.
Most stuff I buy on Ebay is from out of state so the tax is usually not and issue.
