When you say I should have produced 'better numbers', what numbers are you looking at?

I'm running the prior version of the heat exchanger, which they've since upgraded. I'm considering swapping the present H/E for the new, larger one, and using the old one as a tranny cooler.

I also know for sure I'm still pig rich....it's completely black on the inside of my new exhaust tips, and the dyno readout they gave me showed A/F of 10.3 or less (I couldn't see for most of the readout because the graph's bars started at 10 and went to 18 - most of the run was below 10).

I'm a little low on the power as well, perhaps leaving a bit on the table because I'm running so rich. The printout they gave me showed ~339 RWHP and ~320 RWTQ. Later this weekend they're supposed to send me my files and I'll use Dynojet's viewer to have a look at them.

I made that statement based on seeing no numbers. Just saying that in theroy all the numbers were better on the first run, so you should have seen "better numbers" Just good timming no KR and lower air temp on the first run.

Yes get that upgraded heat exchanger!

Something that might help you out also is try to bypass the coolant going through the throttle body. I have not done this to mine but im definetly going to do it.

Their are small coolant lines that run to the throttle body underneath. One hose is pumping hot coolant into the throttle body and the other is exiting the throttle body to the engine block. Pull the 2 small coolant hoses off the throttle body and connect them together. So now the coolant is bypassing the throttle body and going stright to the block. You will see when you look at it.

Why is this plumbed like it is? Is it because fuel/air needs to be heated before entering the intake? Will bypassing the TB do any harm?

Sorry about my ignorance, but I'm doing my best to learn...

I believe it is so that the throttle body won't ice up in cold temperatures...not anything you need to worry about in San Diego. This is an old trick from the days of the TPI engines. Eveything I have read from those who have done it is that it really makes no difference. I doubt it would really contribute much heat relative to the heat produced by the blower...kinda like the candle next to the building on fire. It makes a difference, but relative to the overall amount of heat it's not worth the time or trouble. Besides, it may freeze one day in San Diego

Naked, give it a shot, you got nothing to lose. Less heat in the TB is better IMO.
