Great thanks a lot. Do you know if the new one's a MAF/IAT combo just like the ones that came on our 07s?

and what heads are you using?
I have not finalized how I am going to do the PCV system. These valve covers do not have PCV holes or baffles inside. Still thinking of options on how to set it up.

One other thing I did was install a IAT Sensor in the intake manifold. If you look at the picture with the mini K&N it is right above it. I plan to run methanol injection and want to see the actual IAT.

Ever get a chance to measure what the preload was? If 7.4 works on yours it has me rethinking a couple things for mine.

Got the motor running today. Next step is another tune from Justin at Blackbear Performance. The idle is NASTY!! I love it. Here are a few more pictures. I added 4 corner cylinder vapor porting. I ran dual lines to the radiator. Due to the extra tall valve covers I will need a longer plug wire. Just ordered some 10mm's off of ebay.

I know Mrgoodwrench3 already knows this but the LS7 cover he mentioned before is the valley cover. An LS7 front timing cover wouldn't fit without a matching crank and oil pump.

Yes you are right. I corrected the list to say "Center valley cover".

Thanks

I knew you had just made a typo but I could imagine the potential future threads......"Why wont my LS7 timing cover fit?" lol.
