is the bell housing specific for something that you're doing? Did the stock fbody not work with your clutch?

i choose the bell housing cause its a SFI approved. incase teh clutch would ever let go this will protect it from coming thru the floor and cutting off my legs lol

when you go for certain times, they want you to be SFI approved in most applications. for safety reasons... i didnt want to chance a stock bell to hold up to the 408 and launching in the neighborhood of 5k -6500rpms and shifting aroudn 7k to hold up

as for wondering how am i going to hook, thats the biggest dilema right now...once driveline is back in then ill tackle that

I'm curious about the A/C compressor and the alternator. I have all of the F-car brackets, and even a PS pump and reservior, but I wasn't sure if my A/C compressor and alternator would work w/ the new brackets, or if you have to get f-car specific pieces?
