You do understand how the FPR works, right? With the engine off there is no vacuum. One the engine is on, there is vacuum and the FPR decreases pressure accordingly. The pressure with the engine off is key because it tells you if the pump is priming correctly. If not, you got a bad pump.

Yes i know how it works... I understand that it is supposed to vary, that is why your injector flow rate table looks like a diagonal... Personally i would like to run more pressure, but it is your truck...
