Before i bought my 01 sierra i had a 91 silverado so i did a lot of looking. i saw this package in summit racing that i think you'll love. it's a head, cam, and intake package from edlebrock. they called it the Performer RPM package, it was said to produce about 420HP on a 350 w/ 9.5 compression. take a look and see what you think. www.summitracing.com

you could also try fullsizechevy.com

you might be able to get some good info there, you'll just have to sort through the BS to get it

I would start with buying a really good set of heads. get a set of darts with a super vicotr intake made for a throttle body FI set up. they make them for the two barrel and i think your fuel set up with bolt right up to it. Get a decent cam to go with it. These trucks will run so build something decent if you want to run with these ls1 truck. I beat a 94 with a 350hp zz4 crate motor with the allum. fast burn heads. I only had my upd and beefed up tranny at the time. I had my tuning out and didnt even touch the bottle. Hell it was empty anyway.
