What about a used 01 5.3 with 73,000 miles?? (I havnt even started the motor yet because its wrecked) I checke the oil and it looks brand new so the guy either just changed it before he crashed or it was kept up. The interior of the truck was pretty clean so I'm hoping it was kept up and not driven too hard. I have used mobile 1 15W50 and Royal Purple 20W50 In my 400EX. I love the purple but its expensive and sometimes hard to obtain.
