Why do you need to mill them?

No, They only cut the decks.

Make sure you check PTV clearance with the new cam as well as pushrod length.

Depending on cam size I would cut them up to 35 or so. I personally would mock everything up, check PTV and decide how much to mill. My combo started at .120/.100 clearance (228/232 cam) and I decided on another .030 mill which put final PTV numbers at .090/.070 which i was ok with.

I ordered a tsp 224/228 with the 7.4 pushrods

I want to mill them because I'm trying to get as much hp on all motor as I can maybe later do turbo or supercharger

i'd personally consider the boost goals before deciding to mill or not... if you're only wanting a few pounds, bumping the compression up won't be a big deal, but if you're thinking 10+ psi in a full-size truck, you start shrinking your tuning window a good bit on high compression.

yeah, my car's ~10.6:1 on 13psi, but it also only weighs 3500lb with me in it.
