Metal plate under air intake box?

Hodgeee...cool now I will invest in some of those shocks! 
I did take that plate out in about 10 min and the difference is inconclusive. I will have to let someone else drive my truck (like I do after each mod) and see if they can tell. If they can..great plate will stay off. If the same...plate goes back in.
