I was looking at the granatelli MAF and was wondering if anybody had anything to say about it? Mainly if they noticed a definite performance gain from it, or if its not really worth it
Also i wanted to know about what a good throttle body spacer brand is, and if they are worth it.

Neither are worth the money, IMO
you can descreen the stock maf which does little to nothing for power, or put on a granatelli which I've heard messes with the tuning on the maf which will screw things up later on if you get a tune
for the money a t/b spacer is not worth it and you will have to trim your fan shroud if you get the Volant, like your sig says

No reason to space a throttle body from a
plastic manifold in a dry-flow system. These
are snake oil, pressed from a snake that was
pretty greasy even in the old carburetor days.
GMAF is a known bad actor, most of their LS1
products produce a bogus lean output that
makes for more spark advance and "seat of the
pants" improvement about town, but lots of
people end up with ping under load and whacked
fuel trims. Granatelli has a few versions out now
that may make more sense. But the price sure
does not. If your truck has a bent intake duct
then a descreened MAF may cause you errors
too. Best to save the dough for something that
has more bang (and less backfire) per buck.
You already have the diameter. The rest is just
messing with the PCM, ***-backwards by way
of the MAF. Should not be done, blind.
These two mods' price would get you a nice
torque converter or the ability to tune your
truck, either way more useful if it's an A4.

Thanks for the advice. You guys probably saved me some $$$ for now..... Until i start looking at torque converters or looking at getting my PCM Tuned. Any more advice on these 2 upgrades?

Well on converters, do you tow anything?
On tuning Nelson Performance or Westers Garage seem to be the ones everyone runs around here. Price depends on year of vehicle.
