That's pretty much the most popular converter around...

having to trim 2" off of shroud for a t/b spacer = shame
seriously though, there should be a sticky thread about "waste of money mods" - it would save alot of people money, but then again, people would start getting upset and there would be too many variables and opinions, so nevermind that you just read this

Well Kevin (v8) lost power with a TB spacer from what I recall!

I am going with the yank TT3000 and the nelson tuned PCM. Before i order the nelson though i am probably going to buy a camshaft. Any good suggestions for a 4.8. i want more low-mid end out of it. Thanks for Advice

I'd go with the Comp Cams 212/218 522/529 or something from Thunder Racing. In fact, I'd call them or Texas Speed and Performance first (or both and get 2 opinions), they both know a TON about cam selection. You can also call the Comp Cams cam help number @ 1-800-999-0853. Get some professional advice and then consider it along with everybody else's 2 cents, that way you have several educated opinions. I bought my cam, springs, and pushrods from Texas Speed and Performance, 1-806-866-0734. Ask for Jason, he's very helpful and a hell of a nice guy.
