this is at G & N auto recyling in else. its ridiculous im on car-parts.com and they have a bunch of engines fire damage for 2k+ some 1500.. although found a complete supercharger + intercooler off a cts-v for $900..

go to car-part.com and type in cadillac cts-v year 2008 and parts supercharger/turbocharger and their it shows the supercharger with intercooler for $900, or you could possibly call american dismantlers in detroit and ask about it.

It got so hot it melted just about everything on the front of the block. I still can't believe they are even trying to sell it.

Going to have to do the dod delete on the l76. But $1100 is a good price.

I'd offer $1500 for the ly6. $1800 is too much.

Do not buy ANY parts from ANY business attempting to sell fire-salvaged goods. It's worse than buying Katrina cars; while water merely rusts stuff, fire renders all metallurgy values moot. If they're going to sucker someone into buying bad stuff, they're a bad company to deal with.

Heck, you could order a RUNNING 6.0 from a junkyard here and get it LTL Freight for roughly $1600.

I bought a good LY6 there in 2011. I called like a month ago though and they said the 2 LQ4s they had were so burned they wouldn't sell them to me lol.

lol, i ended up with the ly6 wit 28k miles for $1900 going to get the cam/ and other parts swapped out from old motor to ly6. although im going to rebuild my old motor (l76) in the mean time into a stroker.. little project
