Would LS1 fans work as well? Also, did you have to make custom brackets for it? Thanks for your help, Kent.

Kent I used LS1 fans from a 2000 TA. They are almost the same as LT1. I used some bedframe corner brackets I had laying around in the garage. They work perfect but I need to cut off the excess metal and paint them black. After cutting the brackets, I hope to be able to fit the top part of the shroud back on to hide the fans and my ugly ghetto wiring.

What kind of wiring is needed and where do I get it? Kent.

yes you can use ls1 fans too just that these were easier to come by for me

brackets are simple enough to make .
mine are from an old set of fog lights that i rebent to waht i needed

as for the wiring i got a thermo switch and relay setup at autozone and had anoter switch(overide) lying around and then some basic wire splices and connectors
