Default ls6 intake onnewer trucks

i was just wondering if i would run into any problems putting this intake on a newer vehicle with the DBW TB since most of the ones i have seen swapped have been cable driven TB. ima be putting it on a 04 ls1 engine that i bought, want to get it all on while the motor is out, thx fellas

Joshluther has become a pro at the swap; modifying waterpumps.
Assuming you're using truck accessories on it.

someone on here capped off the top hose, and then welded up another pipe pointing forward. . . there's pics but I can't remember who it was, he used the truck accessories.

the ls1 water pump will not work with the truck accessories, it'll bolt up just fine, but the belts will not line up
