Does it have an Aftermarket Stereo or Alarm?

If so, Disconnect those first and see if it's the killer...

It has an aftermarket radio but its sat for months before and never been been that dead, there was nothing....not event a flicker of power when I opened the door.. the door lights usually come on even if theres not enough power to start the truck, this had squat. when i hooked up my charger to the battery it said 0.0 volts. never seen a battery that dead.

I did notice they painted the block with something, do you think the grounds on the back of the block not having a solid connection may have something to do with the rapid discharge of the battery?

Paint on the block under the ground wires could cause a Voltage drop. It would not cause a drain but vould make it tough to charge properly. Either the battery is bad (Which is rare), or you have an electrical draw some where causeing it to drain it.

On my DD, it was the brake lamp switch that went bad. The brake lights where Stuck on and killed the battery.

On the Turbo Truck, its something with the aftermarket radio and speaker set up causeing a draw. Never even bothered to look. Just pulled the power wire and been like that ever since. Last owner Bricked 2 PCM's durring flash process and killed a battery because the battery would drain and never fully recover.

It was in fact a bad battery. It failed a test in about 30 seconds with 2 bad cells.
