Unhappy Head Gasket Leak. Dang it!!!

I have been chasing a coolant leak in my truck for a few weeks now and could never place it ...... until today. I see now that it's leaking from the passenger side head gasket and has a little oil mixed with it too.

Since I have to pull the head to replace the gasket, and since I already wanted to to a cam swap, I am thinking of going ahead with a heads/cam swap. What do ya'll think about an old man cam and match it up with some WCCH 5.3 heads (set up for a 5.3 of course). I would have it dyno tuned after the swap.

What do ya'll think? Any tips for me doing the swap myself for the first time? Any and all opinions and advice is certainly welcome!

BTW, my truck only has 78,000 miles on it and has all stock internals, never touched.
