haha hes already gotta be pissed at me, i think ill just leave it at what it is, i was gonna email him sayin like thank you for changin it and then at the end be like o by the way... YOUR WRONG. haha but ill just leave it at what it is, my goal was achieved, he knows hes wrong

Had a reserve but only pulled in $866 and did not sell it.

well according to a 1999- 2000 haynes shop manual the 4.8=lr4
5.3=lm7
6.0=lq4 :

actually it may be a lq4, it does have aluminum heads... do the lm7's have aluminum heads now? i know they didnt in 02.

It is a LQ4 if it's actually a 6.0 as he claims. Read the whole thread. He was trying to sell this engine as a LQ9 and said it came out of a 2500 truck. They never put a LQ9 in the 2500 series.

The LM7s (5.3) always had aluminum heads.

Only 99-01 6.0L had iron heads.

my 2000 5.3 had aluminum heads. As far as I know, they all have had Al. heads.
