Default LQ9 cam

Just out of curiousity what will this add for horsepower and torque on a 99 model year? I had it in my 4.8 and now installed it on my 5.3 before the swap simply because I have it and got it cheap ($100)

Do some research and you can find some nice simple off the shelf cams that will make more torque, since your lifted and have the extra weight your going to want that.
