LQ4 cam and stall.....which one?
I think to make truck move like I want, Im gonna need to cam it and put in a stall to get off line hard. I will stay N/A for a while so I dont need a blower cam, I just want something that is good for daily driving but give me the most power. I really want more tq, to get off the line, thats definetely the slow spot on this truck. I know its a 2500HD but I believe the 6.0 is capable of pushing it pretty fast. Please let me know what yall recommend and any experience you might have. I will buy the 918 springs if needed and probally have to go with another mail order tune since there is no one around me that can dyno tune. What kind of gains could i see with these mods and my supporting bolt on's. Thanks for any help.

im not really sure what I need that is why I need yall's help. Im new to stall converters and cam's, Ive always done the bolt ons but thats it, now I want to go to the next level. Can you tell me how my truck would react to that cam or something bigger/smaller? I tow about a maximum of 5000lbs rarely so towing isnt a big deal but I still want to be able to do it. I just want to go alot faster and have a good daily driver w/ decent gas mileage although I already get 10-11mpg so im not to concerned.

if i keep the stock stall, can i get a cam that will give me more low end to launch harder but still make power to 5800 rpm or so. I want more power throughout the rpm band but an emphasis on the low end. If i get a cam that helps low end, can it still make power in the higher end as well? Will a came make noticeable gain on this engine, especially with a retune?
