lost torque

One thing that I have learned working around guys that really know about setting up exhausts, is that there is a definite science to it. When you look at some of the weird *** **** that they do, it makes absolutely no sense... Trust me - what LOOKS like it should flow better and what ACTUALLY does flow better are two different things. My advice is find the oldest exhaust guy that you can that has performance experience and ask him what you should do for your application - he is the only one that really knows what the hell he is talking about.

One thing I have noticed - I have a lot more heat coming out of my tailpipes.
Stock, you put your hand over the tailpipe and it got pretty warm.
Now with the B&B, I walk by the back of the truck while it's idling, and I can see the "wavy-ness" to the air coming out of the tips from the amount of heat. If I put my hand near them, it takes about three seconds before it's too much.
Doesn't heat have to do with efficiency or something with an exhaust?
