Well it looks like I will either get the 1-3/4" Pacesetter ceramic or go all out and get the 1-7/8" TSP stainless ones....

TSP is a good company. I also understand they recently redesigned their Y pipe to fit better as well.

Well looks like the TSP stainless are around $500ish and the Pacesetter Ceramic 1-3/4" were about $409ish... I don't need a Y pipe or Cats or any of that mess, but a 3" to 2.5" connector would be nice....

Give me pros/cons on TSP, Pacesetter, CalSpeed....

Why is ceramic coating looked at being worse than stainless, here I thought the ceramic was the way to go... Im so very confused on which company I should go with...

This is what my exhaust sounds like now....

Stainless steel is more corrosion resistant than Mild steel. Coatings can flash off (especially if you're not re-tuned properly). Running too rich/lean will cause the coatings to get hotter then what they're rated for. Stainless will technically last longer, but that's not to say you won't get a good life out of the pacesetters if you're properly tuned. The Ceramic coated headers are Mild Steel, which will oxidize quickly if exposed to the elements.

I'd go with the 1 3/4" being these are for a truck the extra torque is always welcome. You'll never miss the few horses you could gain with the 1 7/8", I personally wouldn't suggest the 1 3/4" for any truck application under @408ci. Once you get into the larger cubic inches the 1 7/8" may be necessary.

As for as the coatings or S.S. I'd recommend going Stainless. They'll last longer, If this was a car I'd go with ceramic coating to reduce under hood temps. Trucks have plenty of room for airflow making underhood temps not as critical
