Painted? What part of the country do you live in? Rust?

Definitely should flow well. I would've put the cats closer to the headers.

well update on the vibration im a goober! haha it turned out it was the dang sensor plug i put in until i get my wideband in, it had came loose and thats the noise i was hearing! and i live in the south!! nlr, arkansas... so rust not a issue here really.. yes they will eventually but hopefully by then i can come up with the cash to have em coated.. i should have bought em that way but a guy told me he coat em for cheap so i was like ok haha then he goes out of business NICEEEE!!! and couldnt put the cats any closer theres no room! i thought so as well but me and my exhaust guy tried to figure out ways to put it for an hour and fitment just wasnt there! it would have been hitting the crossmember and on the driver tube there wasnt enough room to go straight back so we had to turn before the crossmember and with the bends couldnt fit a straight piece that long in there and get it turned back out right... plus it actually looks kinda cool like that haha.. shouldnt have to worry about really burning my cats up there tho haha..
