From what I understand the turbo already creates back pressure and the STS gets efficient enough flow from the stock manifolds to to a good job. Call STS and have them give you a number to someone local who installs for them.

Not worth it. I have shorty headers and they flow just right.

no need for lt's..i had shortys as well....the more heat you can get to the turbo the better it will run...the lt's will disapate the much needed heat quicker...the reason i say this is the harder i hit on that thing the better it got...3 runs back to back with no wait time...the 3rd run is the fasts

friend has a set of long tubes on a camaro and the STS. He said that he wasted his money on the headers. I dont see how this cant help the turbo. I mean if the headers flow more, then the turbo should spool faster. however i dont have one so dont take anything i say to be correct.

Stick with the stockers. The cast manifolds will retain heat which will aid in spoolup for the turbo.
