Default Liquid Injection LPG(Propane)

Anyone had/have anything to do with this?
With the price of fuel....I'm seriously looking at converting to LPG. Gov't here gives a $2k rebate so it costs around $4500 for the conversion minus the $2000.
I calc'd I'd pay the $2500 off in a year in fuel savings.
Here's a pic of a converted VE 6.0L.

These new systems run a completely seperate return fuel system complete with intank pump and their own reg.
They use the factory PCM for tuning.

Are you serious?
Less than half the price of petrol, more power, cleaner burning, no more $500 fuel pumps that just up and quit at any time etc..etc..
Cooler charge makes it more FI viable.

here in arizona back in like 01 they offered a huge discount that pretty much covered the cost of the truck you just had to pay for the conversion, hundreds i mean hundreds of trucks popped up out of no where and then the AZ gov changed their minds and lowered the discount.

ive driven many trucks with the conversion its pretty nice, expecially if you have a place to get propane, most here went back to regular fuel

Mine's a Suburban....so...I'd either have the petrol tank cut in half and install a bottle under there with the petrol tank...or...remove the petrol tank altogether and install a couple of LPG cylinders...hopefully giving me around 200ltrs (50 gal's) of fuel and run dedicated LPG.

We had a Dynasty that had a bottle in the trunk so you could run Natural Gas if you wanted. Haven't looked into the advantages of doing it but I still have the bottle. bitch is heavy.

Natural gas is what.. 130 octane?
