lifters keep messing up

Default lifters keep messing up

I just put some ls7 lifters AGAIN and they just last less than 2 weeks, I have been having this problem since i put the patriot dual springs the gold ones, I put them along the cam. what could be that its eating my lifters,

this is on a 6.2 l92 stock heads with 7.400 pushrods

Got any pictures? Maybe you have the wrong size pushrods in there.

Keep messing up how? Too much pre-load. Poor lubrication, faulty cam or lifters.

I dont know whats wrong, maybe pushrod lenght. whats the pre-load?

May want to check the installed spring height. Could be coil bind, but then again you haven't specified exactly how the lifters are "messed up". Does this thing have VVT?

Did you replace the valve seals also, or are you still using the stock spring/seat?

Never messed with a 6.2L but I know 7.400's are on the long side for a 6.0L with Ls7 lifters and non L92 heads. Seems the Ls7 lifter has a little bit higher plunger height than the 6.0L lifter.

I change the seats for a shorter ones. this time I am gonna put some comp R lifters
