I just bought a 99 z71 ext cab they other week with 161xxx on it for 3000. I'm gonna put a 3 in lift on and leave only the stock block in the rear so it sits higher in the front. Gonna run 35 12.50s on 18 in wheels. I'm trying to get ideas for my motor I want to keep it NA (naturally aspirated no turbo no supercharger) I'd like ideas and what gears in the rears should I run. Keep in mind I'm gonna do a sas to it eventually. (Solid axle swap) I want it quick of the line but still have decent top end power

 

yea, id like to do a pro charger in the future, if I can come up with the $$

 

I have a Nnbs 5.3 4x4 lowered barely starting the build, what are some ideas to help start me off? I was thinking full exhaust, cai then cam but don't know of any cams good for this engine any ideas on that either?
