Default Leaking LSXRT **UPDATE last page FIXED

Well i pretty much confirmed it. I cannot get my LSXRT to stop leaking. It has never sit right since the get go, and sure enough ive got a pretty decent intake leak between the head and intake itself. the truck intake sat nice and level on both the 5.3s and the 6.0, so its not a head issue.

Ive had nothing but issue with the lsxrt since day one fitment, and ive decided im gonna get rid of it. just to many issues and and reported problems.

SO im gonna run the factory intake for now, however, can i still use the 102mm TB or will i have to run a stock one? is there even any benefit to a 102mm on a truck intake lol?

thanks alot for the help and advice, im really at wits end

heres a video to show the intake leak

I have done everything and anything to make sure its proper, it still leaked. I dicked around with it for a long time, straight edge across the ports and its warped. ******* FAST trash, i ordered another lsxrt, when it arrived, it was exactly the same...

SOOO whats everyones thoughts, Should i just use a factory TB on my factory truck intake, or would a slighty bigger one be better? any reccomendations?

IMO do a TBSS intake but for the time being if you wanta get the truck running just slap the stock truck intake on it. one more thing how much are your heads milled cause if there more then .035 ill bet thats why the intake wont line up just a thought.
