haha, might sound simple when you say it, but doesn't sound fun to me, a $900 crapshoot and possible waste of time. Comp shouldn't be using customers as their QC crew.

Default Any word on this

I am in a similar boat with my intake. It is holding up me getting my 427 installed in my TBSS. Please share any solutions that have come up.

I'm building a SWB 72 GMC built 370 with a t-56 and I was planning on using a FAST manifold but after reading all the horror stories I think I'll end up using either the edelbrock mani or even the holley. Both look awesome and seem to flow a fair amount of oxy

ive got the lsxrt102mm on my 2012 rcsb work truck 5.3 i had the 90mm throttle body ported before that and it made a big difference on the stock intake. i also had problems with the install! chevy changed orings for the injectors that comp obviously isnt aware of.theydidnt supply the rite ones' my mechanic called comps techs and they were no help! my mechanic at maceks automotive fabricated some ac orings and shrink wrap toomake them work. comps custimer service didnt offer me jack for the inconvenience. they should stick too cams only and learn a little appretiation for someone spending a grand on thier product. we should create a club of disgruntled fast purchasers!

Pull the fabbed rings out and get oem corvette o-rings. They fit perfect! I had really good results wih the manifold.
