So everything figured out and back to normal on it yet? Hey you ever get rid of your stock heads you had?

 

I think i have most of it worked out. I just wish i could of logged when i made that pass it sputter going into second. not sure if tranny slipped or i hit the rev limiter maybe both. Justin i still have those heads if your interested.

 

Quite broke right now but I am still wanting them. Glad you got most of it solved. Has it acted up any since? remember last time we went to redline and mine bogged really bad off the line all came down to the dang temp sensor. still mad it got rained out.

 

yeah that sucked. no nothing wrong now i guess. I just need to run it down the back roads and see if i can figure that problem when it shifts wot. There not going anywhere. Right now i have my brothers lightning tore down and working on that. We are installing trick flow heads, cams, and a 2.6kb he want's to make sure he does not lose to my chevy lol.

 

Thought he was still ahead of you? Well if you go down some back roads stay out of the ditch. lol Sounds like the lighting will be a pretty good hand full when yall get done.

 

he is but his best 1/8 is a 7.3 and we've not ran since i put the 3.4 pulley. so with a little work i think i can squeeze out a 7.3. I also mentioned to him that I may get forged pistons and rods and up the boost. lol but i was just teasing him lol. I'm satisfied with the time i got.

 

You ever put meth on it? And you can always try out a little 50 shot if you still have the kit. So yall get his truck finished up yet?
