Help me get into the 13s
#1
2007 GMC Sierra Denali 6.2/6speed. Intake, cat back, and a tune that I'm not 100% confident in. Anyway ran at Evadale last weekend and my best was 14.30 @ 98mph. Im AWD so traction isn't an issue, but my 60ft was a 2.24. Needless to say I need more off the line. I'm runnin stock 20's. Question is should I go with headers, cam, or stall to start off. Can't afford all 3 at once. I tow and it's my daily driver so don't wanna ruin the mileage or driveability. Please give me some opinions.

Get a retune with one of our sponsors.. Your mph is already good enough to be in the 13's.. Have him take the Tq management out of it.. step up on some long tube headers, a converter( lil easier then a cam swap) and have it retuned for that.. Hello 13's

Thanks man, me and my buddy tuned it with HPTuners based on what we knew about the 6.2/6speed combo, which is very little. I think it has alot left in it. Anybody got a tune they wanna share? Also what converter would be the best for my situation, daily driver and tow rig?

Check out yank converters. I am pretty sure they make a decent upgraded one that you can tow with and also stalled a decent amount better then a stock one... Remember you can not get a radical cam if you put in a mild converter...
