I would NOT have used red loctite on the rocker arm bolts. You may never get them out now without damaging the threads
I used red and they came out just fine after almost a year? The easiest way to break the hold is to tighten before you try to loosen it.

well I checked the compression on piston 7 and i got 170 piston 5 180 so I guess number seven didn't take a crap on me. But now i think that the oil is coming out of the exhaust running from piston number 7. all my plugs seem to have oil. Bad rings.....bad valve seals wtf. and my afr is reading lean *** hell when idling. I really don't want to pull the head off either.

With compression numbers like that there isn't a whole lot getting past your rings. That doesn't leave much. Valve stem seals may be suspect if you're high mileage.

my engine builder told me the same thing, just put pipe sealant on your rocker bolts, torque them down and you should be good. he said its common for them to go into the runners

You don't have to pull the heads to do the seals and rocker bolts.

I know i don't have to pull the heads. I just wanted to make sure nothing on the block was damaged that i couldn't see. I never really found out where the oil was coming from. all I know is that i pulled the head put a new head gasket and new valve cover gasket. So if it kept leaking i knew to look else where. Now no oil leak and to ensure it was okay went to track this past sat. I ran my best time 7.4 in 1/8 which my goal was a 7.5 did the 7.4 smoking tires off the line. must of been the good air I'm happy no leak and my best time. So my bad week ended with a smile. thanks for the help guys.
