I put a set of pypes race-pro's behind my headers on my malibu. They were a lot cheaper then magnaflows at the time, and I was pretty happy with the sound. They were straight through as well.

I have heard the new M-80 pypes, and I like them quite a bit. Has a old school muscle car growl to it.

nah, not conflicting opinions...he already had the cats out. going from a stock manifold with cat setup to longtubes without cats is a big difference in sound.
