I have a intake from a 06 lh6 that's a 87mm with the intake what would it take to make it work on my 04 5.3?

 

as long as its cathedral port intake it should bolt up. and a 4 bolt tb. are you dbc or dbw?

 

I am dbw and so is the intake off the lh6 what's the worst case I need to swap injectors?

 

I would pick up a set of 42# just in case. I believe the ones on the intake are an ev6 injector clip and your truck has a ev1. Also, if your going to use the tb on the intake I believe you will need the Dr. x harness. you can do a search on here to find out more info on it. I'm sorry that I cant be of too much help, I'm still learning alot myself. Maybe someone with a little more experience with the swap will chime in. I hope you get it figured out.
