If oyu want to run the "taller" truck injectors all that is needed is to build your own fuel ril spacers. I will be running one of these for my nitrous to spool the turbo out of the hole:

It is a wilson manifolds plate for 4150 flange with burst panels good for a 350 shot
Wilson Manifolds can port the vic jr intakes if you want that extra bump.
You can use a carb style round filter as long as you have an IAT sensor somewhere in there. The IAC will have to be rescaled to accomodate the different air flow of the edelbrock IAC system. The throttle blades on teh 4 barrel are progressive. Two open up to 90*s then the other two start to open up. There may be a spacing issue with the throttle linkage and the fuel rail with truck style injectors but I have mocked it up yet ot know for sure. Since I will be running the Nitrous ProFlow plate system I wont but someone who isnt may, so Ill mock it up that way to make sure.
