Default Intake design change after 2008?

Looking into getting a Airaid MIT tube and it appears they claim it only fits 07-08
MIT Tube

They also show different intakes for 09-10 and they don't show an MIT...
Intake change 2009

I just want to purchase the MIT tube but want to make sure the 07-08 will fit my 2010

Thanks

Most likely the difference they are referring to is the MAF Sensor.

MrGW3 hit the nail on the head; the MAF is part of the airbox on '09+, so you just have to cut it out to make it fit on an 07-08 tube.

What would I have to cut out to make just the tube fit? Hopefully not the MAF..

Not the MAF specifically, but you'll need to cut a couple inches after the MAF in order to get the silicone coupler to attach to the stock airbox/MAF housing.
