Hey guys,
I have just installed a procharger on my 2002 gmc sierra 1500 with a 5.3
procharger claims that with there fuel management setup and the pump in the kit, that the stock injectors would be fine. However I run into a lean condition whenever I go past 6 psi of boost.(even with the injector on time running at +5% using my Diablo sport) The charger I got is good for 9 psi but I just don't want to put the pedal to the floor when I see it running lean at 6. I am wondering if anyone has put one of there kits on their truck, or if you could tell me where I could find some bigger injectors for my truck.

Racetronix has some 44lb/hr direct fit injectors.

 

Get rid of that FMU and get some 43lb's and a custom tune and you will be alot better off.

 

That's what I did, much happier........ I also had to swap out to a different inline pump, the ProCharger pump could not keep up with the bigger injectors.
