Found the problem!!!
I went to change the injectors today. When I pulled the old ones off to inspect them, I notice little bits hanging from the o-rings on the injectors. I look at them closer and they look like they have been pinched, torn and scratched up. It looks like someone was playing a game with them, how many times cau you stick it in the hole.
Anyways, I replaced the o-rings, got the injectors back in, everything else bolted up, and started her up. The damn thing was idling as smooth as it has ever idled before. I watched the STFT's hang right around 0, where they used to creep thier way up to +50. I left it running for a few minutes, came back to check on it, the STFT's were still right where they were when I left them.
It turns out the guys out at MagnaCharger used just regular old o-rings. Regular o-rings aren't rated for gas!
I guess in a normal situation they would be fine, but sitting up for so long with no movement, and such, I guess the gas seeped through and got to them.
I haven't taken it out yet to see how it runs, I'm still working on getting the idle decent. It was so jacked from all the troubleshooting it's having difficulties now.

I used just regular O-rings. The dealership (Nehl's here in Marshall) said they were 12 something and could get them next day. I ended up going to ABC to get them.
How's your truck coming along? I'm trying to plan a day at the track again. I'm thinking not this weekend, but the next.
