I have installed a few sets of f-body headers from pacesetter and they are always different. I hads a set once with the EGR tube welded on upside down. It sure as hell was not a quick fix for the f-bodys as I ordered sets months apart from each other and they all had there little isues . I gauntee that people will get sets that don't even come close to fitting and some will fit like a top quality piece. That is unless they have increased their qc in the last couple months.
