Couple of things. First of all T3 stuff is a lot smaller that T4. And it would take a lot of typeing to explain why but trust me a .82 a/r T3 is a lot smaller than a .81 a/r T4. A pair of T04B's in 1.0 a/r turbine housings is going to lag WAY too much for what you want. If you needed 1800hp that would be the way to go but I'm guessing you want under 1000hp.

Fullthrottle- You might want to change out those turbine housings to a pair of .58a/r T4's before you finnish your fab work. Because the pipes won't line up if you build them to fit the 1.15's. FYI a pair of T4 .58a/r turbine housings will do about 1200whp so don't worry about them choking you off.

These are just my educated guesses, I've built well over 500 turbo kits.

A pair of T4's will support 1800 hp ....OK, so that's probably a bit more than I am looking for....

I've been told that a pair of T3's won't support a 6.0 liter motor...is this true or just ricer gossip ??

Z1500.....can you recommend a pair of turbos that will support 600-800hp and be VERY driveable on the street.....ie: no 4000rpm spool-up, but not spooled at idle either. I'm shooting for the low-end of that horsepower range to begin with, I'd be happy with 550 right now. And i know beggars can't be choosers but could you give me specifics on the turbos you would recommend

I never do anything the easy way man, but it ALWAYS looks good when I'm done.......hehehehe

Just wait till I PM you the ideas I have for your sound system.....I haven't forgotten that....I'm just trying to perfect it on mine first

You haven't seen complicated yet....I want to mount the turbos up high in the front, not have to move the alternator or the coolant tank, and use the stock exhuast pipe routing from where they connect to the manifolds.....oh yeah, and does anyone know of a company that makes a dual in/single out intercooler 'cause otherwise I'm gonna use two intercoolers and a Y-connection......pure simplicity huh

sounds like you need an intake/exhaust tubing guru to help out with the plumbing on that.

Exciting **** though, to say the least!

Take your time with anything regarding me, as you know, I've got some mechanicals to attend too and install

Yelo,
I think the compressor side of the turbos you are looking at is fine, it's just the turbine (hot) side that is way too big. You can ether go with a T3 hot side with .63 turbine housings or if you stay T4 on the hot side go with a pair of .58's. I'd say go with the T3 for space reasons. Ether of these two hot side set ups will support 1000whp. You could even go smaller but these will give you a little lag for traction, should make for a real nice dual mode power band.
