My GTP did that whenever I swapped on the BFG's because they were just a hair shorter than the sotck tires that were still on the rear.

I changed to some "05" 17 alloy takeoffs when I got the truck back in September. This just started happening. Everything acts normal.

My ABS control went bad as well, they replaced it being that it is still under warranty. It did the same thing you mentioned started flashing up the lights and the pump would run even with the key out of the ignition. Had to pull the abs fuse until I got to the dealer.
