Default I whipped a mustangs **** tonight( to damn long)

Yup, the trans kicks ****. I raced a local mustang and smoked it. i know who the kid was, and I heard the car chirp 1 to 2 and by that time i was about 2 cars ahead. The kid has some mild stuff done, exhaust intake and cam. He was quite impressed. He asked me what I had done, and I told him i added a K&N and a muffler. the kid sht himself. As for the trans, I love it it bangs the gears, and fast. I didnt realy notice any TQM @ all. I need traction bars though. My severe wheel spin has gotten 110% worse, and the wheel hop is not so swell either. We spend all this time trying to squeeze 5 hp here and 10 hp there, but its a waste if it doesnt get to the wheels. If we (as in LS1 Tech truckers ) correct our mismanaged transmissions, we could greatly improve our times. i bet on a stock truck, the 4l60e i had done would drop a second to 1.5 seconds off a stock time. Maybe we should worry about getting the power to the whhels,, and then traction, and then power. Its my new theory on trying to make a 5200lb truck fast as a vette

Sounds sweet, now get to the track and lets see how much difference it really made. Any more plans for the truck?, or do you have to hold off for a while after that nice investment? KEnt.

I was going to got to the track this morning, but they are having some jet car nationals there, and then robosorous. I need traction bars and slicks real bad. my traction sucks so bad now. The traction bars are next then the slicks. I sold my 2000 Yzf R1 to pay for the trans and some bills. The tranny is paid off, but now i dont have a bike. Oh well. I dont miss it. In the 4 years ive been a firefighter ive seen so many motorcycle accidents, it makes you scared to own one. Yes I know Track times are needed, but the track is only open on wed, friday night(which is a waste of time because there is 700 hondas there that are running 15s with 4gs worth of motorwork) and saturday morning. I need a dyno run, thats what I realy need.
