Send the build specs and your PCM to Alvin @ PCM of NC and do a relearn when you get it back. You're tune is jacked.

Has an engine ran on the tune that is currently on it? Any engine?

Even if it was a stock tune it should run and not bang like that.

That popping sounds a lot like cracked, broken plugs. Silly question but, where the sparkplugs in when you put the headers on?

If it is tune related I would like to give BB a chance but if i do find it to be a continuous issue I will look into sending the PCM to Alvin. I take it he is a tuner?

As far as I know it is a completely new tune built around my engine specs. I have never personally used this tune.

I have put two sets of new plugs in, both sets were installed after the headers and they do not appear to be broken in any way.

Good suggestion I destroyed a couple plugs while installing headers by myself.

ahahaha I learned the hard way on my first engine build with this truck as well! It’s weird how much plugs misfire without the porcelain😂

He is that and more. His shop specializes in GM builds. I've used him exclusively for my last two tunes during different builds and while no mail order tune will be perfect, he's always on target.
